Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and Infino AI Inc. ("Infino", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of Infino's search and retrieval engine for object storage, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Infino provides a search and retrieval engine for object storage. The Service runs full-text search, vector search, and SQL directly on Apache Parquet files, so customers can query one copy of their data without separate search clusters or vector stores. Our Service includes:

  • Full-text search, vector search, and SQL on structured and unstructured data
  • Query execution against object storage
  • Access controls and audit logging
  • APIs, SDK, and developer tools
  • Deployment support for cloud, VPC, and air-gapped environments
  • Professional services and support

3. Account Registration and Security

To access our Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality, implementing appropriate security measures, notifying us of unauthorized access, and ensuring organizational compliance with these Terms.

4. Data Processing and Compliance

Infino processes your data in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations. Customer data ownership and control rights are preserved. Data residency options are available for compliance requirements.

5. Service Level Agreement

Infino commits to 99.9% uptime availability for production environments, 24/7 monitoring and incident response, and automatic failover and disaster recovery capabilities. Service credits may be available per your enterprise agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the exclusive property of Infino. Customer retains all rights to their data and content. Infino may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement purposes.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe IP rights, transmit malicious code, reverse engineer the platform, or exceed usage limits.

8. Termination and Data Retention

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, customer data will be available for export for 90 days. Enterprise customers may negotiate extended retention periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infino's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
