9. Cookies and analytics
This website measures its traffic in two ways: its own measurement, which sets no cookie, and PostHog, a product analytics service, which does.
Our own measurement
Each page records which page was opened, how long it was visible, how far it was scrolled, which buttons were pressed, the country and region your network resolves to, your browser and device type, the site that linked you here, and any campaign parameters in the URL you arrived on.
Visits are grouped without identifying you. A random session identifier is held in your browser's own storage and is discarded when you close the tab. Repeat visits are counted with a one-way hash of your address and browser that includes the current date and a secret, so the value changes every day and cannot be reversed into an address. This measurement never stores your IP address. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, it records nothing at all.
If you arrive from an advertisement and later fill in the contact form, the campaign parameters from that link are stored with your message for up to 90 days, so we know which advertisement led to the conversation. If you go on to open Infino Cloud from the same visit, those campaign parameters are passed along to the sign-up page, so we know which advertisement led to the account.
PostHog
We use PostHog to understand how people use this website. PostHog sets a cookie and uses your browser's storage to recognise your browser across pages and visits. It records the pages you view, the links and buttons you press, and a recording of your visit, in which anything you type into a form is masked and never sent. It receives your IP address, which it uses to estimate your location. PostHog processes this data for us in the United States.
If you open Infino Cloud from this website, the identifier PostHog gave your browser is passed to the sign-up page, so your visit and the account you create are linked. Infino Cloud uses PostHog in the same way once you are signed in.
PostHog does not run if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. You can also turn it off for this browser here:
Testing a new design
We are testing a new design of this website, so some visitors see the new version and others the current one. To choose a version, our server sends a random identifier for your browser to PostHog, and three cookies keep the choice the same on every visit for 90 days: ia_exp holds which version you see, ia_did holds that random identifier, which is also the one PostHog uses for your browser, and ia_forced is set only if you open a link that picks a version on purpose. None of these is set if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Turning PostHog off above stops the measurement, but the version cookies stay until they expire or you clear them.
Everything else
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that a submission is not automated. Apart from PostHog, this website loads no analytics, advertising or visitor-identification scripts, and it does not share visitor activity with marketing vendors.
